Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
Scope
This policy is part of the terms of service. It applies to everything you send Klemet and everything you do with what it returns, whether through the API or the website.
You may not use Klemet to produce
Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor. There is no exception to this, and we report it.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual images of a real person made without that person's consent.
Content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive, including synthetic voice or likeness used for fraud, or content presented as a statement by someone who did not make it.
Content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, or serious harm to people or animals.
Content that harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred against a person or a group on the basis of a protected characteristic.
Material that helps build weapons, explosives, or biological, chemical or nuclear capability.
Disinformation presented as fact about elections, public health, or a named person or organisation.
Anything that infringes another person's intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy.
You may not use the service to
Break the licence of a model you render with. Each model page names its licence.
Resell raw access to the models as if it were your own inference service, or use output to train a competing model where the model's licence forbids it.
Circumvent rate limits, quotas or billing, including by creating multiple accounts for that purpose.
Probe, scan or test the security of the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Automate decisions about a person's legal rights, credit, employment, housing, or access to essential services without human review.
Content that is generated
Some models refuse categories of content on their own, and Klemet does not remove those refusals. A refusal by a model is not a malfunction.
When output is published, tell your audience it was generated. Several jurisdictions now require it, and it is the honest thing to do regardless.
What happens if you break this policy
We may suspend or close the account, refuse a refund of the balance, and report what the law requires us to report. If you believe an account was suspended in error, write to [email protected].
To report a use of Klemet that breaks this policy, write to [email protected] with what you saw and where.
