A failed render is refunded, without asking

If a render fails, the amount charged for it goes back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us, and there is nothing to claim.

The same is true when a render is refused before it starts, for example because a model is unavailable.

A render that succeeded

A render that produced a file has consumed machine time, and it is not refundable as a matter of course. Generative models are not deterministic: output you do not like is not, by itself, a defect.

If a render is plainly broken, write to [email protected] within 30 days with the render id. We look at what the engine actually returned and we refund the charge to your balance when the file is unusable through our fault.

A top up

A top up buys credit, and that credit is not refundable in money once it has been spent.

If you have not spent it, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment and we refund the unspent part to the card you paid with. We do this once per account, in good faith, and we may decline it where we see abuse.

Where consumer law in your country gives you a stronger right, that right applies and this policy does not reduce it.

How a refund reaches you

A refund to your balance is visible in your ledger immediately, on the credits page of your dashboard.

A refund to your card is made through Stripe and usually appears within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

If we end your account

If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of our terms, we refund the balance you paid for and have not spent.
